Responsibilities May Include:
- Evaluate a new product for travel agents, quantifying the market opportunity, determining the pricing strategy & identifying all associated costs and calculating the return on investment
- Analyze a joint venture opportunity in Europe by providing financial support for business justification and presenting recommendations to Senior Management
- Help determine the long-term financial outlook for the company and how to communicate the plan to Executives and the Board of Directors
- Help sign multi-million dollar contracts with foreign and domestic airlines through financial support of negotiations and assistance with deal structuring
- Analyze the online travel marketplace and assess the competitive and industry environment
Qualifications:
Education/Degrees: MBA or BBA with an emphasis or major in Finance
Valued Skills:
- Possesses a core understanding of financial concepts and how to apply these concepts
- Works with minimum direction, support, or approval and maintain motivation even with the office environment is highly pressured
- Presents information, ideas, and opinions (written and verbal) in a clear, logical, succinct and persuasive manner
